OneNote for iOS/Android has express features, unfortunately, there is no function/setting to create a new custom template in mobile devices.

I know this is very of import feature for y'all, Microsoft is continuously working on bring new and updated features on different platform and in this regard, I'll invite yous to provide your feedback in OneNote UserVoice (OneNote for iPad & iPhone or OneNote for Android) and let the Product Group know your requirement. UserVoice is the best way to requite the feedback to Product Grouping equally it'due south actively monitored past them and many new features accept been implemented from our customers feedback.
